Tirupur: A review meeting of the p Arasu cable TV operators was held in Tirupur-Palladam road which was presided over by Minister of Animal Husbandry and Chairman of Tamilnadu Arasu Cable TV corporation Udumalai Radhakrishnan.

District collector S. Palanisamy and other government officials participated in the meeting to discuss about increasing the sheer number of Arasu Cable TV connections.

While addressing the press, Minister Udumalai Radhakrishnan said, "After the monthly tariff is reduced the Arasu cable TV connections were increased from 22 lakhs to 25 lakhs.
"A target has been fixed to raise the number to 35 lakhs in a month. The officials are instructed to work towards a target of 1 crore connections across Tamil Nadu" the minister noted.
He also added that "Amma Ambulance for cattle will be introduced soon after the return of the CM from the foreign tour".
